This is tough when it comes to Michael Jackson, not so much others. For the normal person getting the v look is what they’re after and the OHP can accomplish that better than a bench. And if pure pec development is goal dumbbell is proven more effective.  No argument there.

pass, after 20 years, sites/apps (fitocracy, beyond the whiteboard) like these are nice ego strokes for my proficiency on lifts, but then depressing reminders of much work it takes to add 5 lbs to anything of consequence at this point.

I mean I don’t you can go wrong with anything from Social D, but When the Angels Sin, I Was Wrong, Ball and Chain, California (Hustle and Flow), Prison Bound, Far Behind... I mean they have a ton of great stuff

I agree it’s well known if you’re familiar with that scene
(ugh can’t believe I just said it like that) but if you aren’t and get most of your music from the radio I doubt you’ve heard it other than maybe once or twice in passing
