This is a fairly common process on Wall St & trading shops. It’s a form of forced ranking. Theory being that you must differentiate all your employees to get the best performance. Goldman Sachs is notorious for doing this and culling the bottom 5% annually. Enron did too. You can see the pattern.

Never saw it!  Any good?

Rob,

Now playing

You ever see the old “Ask a Ninja”? clips? One of my favs was what gift to give a ninja. The answer was something like, give a gift card because it says you don’t know me at all. Same with cash.

I am actually in the process of talking to Tom to dump my 21 Giulia because it’s always in the shop! I have literally had it one day since the end of August.

A dream for some.  A nightmare for others!

Thanks Rob. Appreciate the history lesson on the 1800. I’d never known about Jensen’s involvement.

That was such a great show!

So based on this poll, 94% is effectively 100%.

Rob’s question about plurals got me thinking, what do you call the group of people who are huge Lumina fans? Luminati?

Would I buy that car with that color scheme and an auto? Never.

I am on my second Giulia QV. You are right on the handling! Overall performance is amazing too.

Was going to say the same thing!    Top 1% in the US is around 600k.  Hefty to be sure, but not what you need to drop $300k on a car I would think.

That is exactly how I remember that car!  I loved that episode.  Was thinking about posting it myself.  Thanks for doing so.

Nice one Rob!  Big fan of that area in general and the Hitching Post in particular.  Lot’s of good driving roads around there - hope you had fun!

A nice reliable automobile

I misread the headline as the Chevy, “Venture Brothers” edition and was pretty excited for a moment until the coffee & sight kicked in.

Agreed.  Like Community post Donald Glover.

Sorry to hear (read) that. Food poisoning is the worst.

I do, thank you.  I just think it’s bs that we need to do that to read an article without going through a slideshow.
