As a Rhode Islander, I can confirm that it’s complete anarchy on the roads every damn day of the year. Have never seen such crazy shit anywhere in the US, including Boston. Now that I live in Portland, OR, the worst I have to deal with are the nice-holes - all the drivers trying to out nice each other at 4 way stops.…
