It's been a while since I've seen it, but was the documentary conceived of before the horrifying twist? It seems like all the interviews took place after that, which means, though the documentary may run counter to the audience's expectations, they don't run contrary to the director's.

Welp, this'll be stuck in my head for a solid three months now.

I saw the first few episodes via Britanick (and/or Cracked?) and loved them. Never knew they made more. I need to catch up!

The best part is that Mrs. Doubtfire is distributed by 20th Century Fox.

I've been a defender of this season (it's certainly been not great, but better than the past few), but holy hell this episode was fucking terrible. I can't believe THAT was the point of the Tara thing. "I came back to tell you about a thing I didn't do once." FUCK YOU TARA.

Everyone else has sort of addressed this, but Cohle completely gives up on his nihilism at the end. It's sort of his entire character arc.

Uh, we're not really meant to identify Cohle as a genius. His worldview is smug and naive.

I agree with your rankings! I was thinking I'd put Django higher, as I really enjoyed it, but I don't think it deserves to be above Reservoir or Kill Bill. So, spot on!

Haha, why even bother doing proper reviews anymore? The show isn't really doing proper episodes.

But even those were playing up the fact that they were Native American, even if it was to bust tropes. I think the complaint is more that you can't just have a character who happens to be a Native American without that being an essential (usually stereotypical) part of their character.

Cars is literally just Doc Holiday with talking cars.

One of the straight-to-video Cinderellas involved time travel paradoxes, if I recall correctly.

Seriously! How can someone criticize a TV show when the unemployment rate for directors is so staggering! Won't SOMEBODY think of the directors?!

I guess? I mean, I find his stance of fanfiction pretty dickish, but I don't know why any author should be obligated to officially hand off their story to somebody else.

Has anyone pointed out that Rosie O'Donnell is fat and annoying? Hahahahaha. I'll take all the Internet points please!!!

He's specifically said that if he dies, his story dies with him. He won't allow anyone else to write it (the novels, that is — they can do whatever they want with the show).
