I don't know how BMW gets away with calling these abominations "Mini Cooper(s)." It's just wrong. The original Mini was a cheap car, geared towards women. This new thing? Well, it's just another overpriced BMW. Imagine, for the $30-45k you spend on a Mini, you could actually have.....wait for it....A REAL CAR!

My first car (thanks to my father) was a 1993 325is, my second car (thanks to my job) was a 1999 SL500, and I can say it's gone uphill from there quite nicely.

I happen to like Ford. They actually make decent cars now. I doubt I'd ever buy one, but they've made huge progress in the last couple of years. A lot more than Chrysler/Dodge.
