I’m not going to weep too much over buffets in general but damn, do I ever like a good salad bar.  

We might see the more profitable ones switch to an ‘all you can eat sushi’ model with an order screen/tablet at each table and just order what you want when you want it. Yes the order screen is an issue but would be no more ‘communal’ than the table itself and would (hopefully) be sterilized between guests. 

Frankly, all fast food in big cities is bad. I don’t know why, but it just is. A suburban location is just so much different.

but is Hot Dog Salad a sandwich?

I was at an event Tyson was speaking at a few months ago. He was set to come on stage after dinner. Near the end of dinner, I was sent to fetch him to come to the back to get on stage. It was the cheese course. He refused to head to the back unless he could take his cheese plate with him.
