We need bomb guns; some sort of gun that launches bombs! Or a bomb, that shoots other, slightly smaller bombs, which then fragment into still smaller bombs, that fly off in random directions.

It also might make sense to “harden” all homes against explosion and require all citizens to have blast suits to help insure their safety when opening the mail. The NRA is suing because the law would prevent 18-year olds from buying firearms and therefore violates the Second Amendment, which states (in its entirety) “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
