I’m curious about the staying power of the car. After the 1st or 2nd year of production, will people have gotten tired because it isn’t special or unique enough (being a BMW CLAR vehicle underneath), or is it stylish and good enough to always wow people, and will other variants with more power help to keep it relevant…

Keep in mind that the Xbox One X has a RX 480 (a 2016 era card) equivalent GPU and is doing close to 4K in several titles.

I agree with you. Navi is set to launch in a few months, so it’ll be ready for an early 2020 launch. People have also suggested that the delay of Navi’s launch is tied to manufacturing demand from Sony and Microsoft.

The lifespans issues you hear about are from enterprises that access the drives 24/7 or people who have early generation SSDs. A modern SSD in a consumer rig will take several decades before problems start to crop up. Even in enterprise solutions, modern SSDs can last a decade. The tech has come a looong way.

I’m more in the camp that sees what you eat as being the most significant contributor to longevity and overall health. Certainly exercise plays a role, but I’m convinced that avoiding salt, sugar, and saturated fats will get you further.
