Here’s a link, but butter lettuce is just naturally a very soft, sweet lettuce head. It’s usually sold on it’s root ball, so it remains fresh as long as possible, so there’s still a good snap to it. Honestly good just by itself with a light dressing.

That’s the reality for a lot of Americans too. I read any article last year that said the majority of Americans didn’t have $1000 on hand in case of an emergency. The majority of us live paycheck to paycheck. 

At least here if I get sick or injured I can actually get treatment and don’t have to start a gofundme or die.
