Hi Maya. What a good path you are on. I’m also a trauma survivor and have been paying attention to how it has changed my thinking. Like you, I’m putting my energies toward being more positive. There’s some great research out there on rewiring and resetting. It’s not easy, but I do see benefits. Best wishes to you

Here’s to us!

Happy new year Maya! I really mean it. Happiness, healing and wholeness to you for 2020 and beyond.

Just saying hi and happy new year, Maya! I’ve missed the last few SNS, but your posts and your positivity always give me boost. Here’s to a happy and productive 2020 for all the Jezzies.

May the sea fill us all with hope this year.

It warms my heart to hear this, Maya. Sending you all the positive vibes I can muster.

Shelter Cat Update!

Good to hear how well you’re doing, Maya.  You’re always on my mind.

Bloodthirsty? He gets to live, doesn’t he? He gets to wake up every morning, breathe the air, eat food, and enjoy whatever happiness the circumstances of his life may allow. Again, far more than can said for his victim.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: good riddance to bad rubbish.  Get thee to Panama and enjoy freedom and sunshine (and hey, would the news program consider you as a foreign correspondent? Only half joking here).

Hey everyone! The local news program I’m on every week is going statewide! Alas, I won’t be part of the on air team, because The Bartender and I are moving to Panama in March. Timing is everything, right? Just when I was getting comfortable and feeling really good about my contributions, we get a way bigger market,

I second this.

Hey Jezzies how are you all?

On the other hand; no root canal! That’s a positive.

This one was a blow. My last year of high school, I hopped on my exercise bike and pedaled madly to 2112 every single night. I felt smarter and cooler just from listening to them.

All cheeses count if you're living right.

The bumpy new year continues. My brother had surgery yesterday after 10 days in the hospital. They cleaned out the site of the infection causing his diverticulitis and temporarily rerouted his large intestine to let it heal. The good news is no colostomy bag, the bad news is he still has to go back in 6-8 weeks for

Hellloo Jezzies! Just a quick check in - my apt still has holes in the walls and ceiling. I was supposed to be moved yesterday, but at the last minute it was pushed back until Tues. I've been struggling with some old behavior when it comes to food, so I've decided to ban all dieting, calorie counting, food lists ect.

You know what’s really unsettling? His victim not reaching adulthood, let alone her twilight years. Save your compassion for someone who deserves it.

Children shouldn’t murder their baby-mamas with kitchen knives just because they don’t want to be parents, then.
