When I had my son I had an epidural, the doctor talked to me about it may cause back ache later in life, at the time I didn’t care. I now suffer from back ache, not everyone Is the same but I wish I had not gone that route. My daughter I had gas and air. What ever you decide will be fine everyone is different.
