Thing is, only americans mix personal and professional life this way. If the dude who delivered my pizza lies to get laid, I’m still gonna eat the pizza. His personal life is none of my business. The same right should apply to anyone unless their job is based on upholding moral values like politicians or priests.

So this guy had perfectly consensual affairs. Why is it on kotaku and why is he even losing his job over it? It’s none of our business.

I think it’s silly to criticize The West Wing 20 years later. People really that delusional to think just because MS has a crap-ton of money on hand that they’ll undercut the competition? If that was the case, why was the Kinect 1 camera so overpriced? If that was the case, why was the Xbox One so overpriced at launch? Why are Surface Products so overpriced?

I can only think of two explanations as to why people post stuff like this...

It is in ways a little messed up that within the corporate world there is a heavy-handed mentality of guilty-until-proven-innocent. When a company submits a DMCA claim, the accused is presumed guilty and their content is immediately suspended/removed and the onus is on the accused to prove their innocence.

True, but the movie’s with them all the way. It never for a moment stops to think “Hey, maybe we shouldn’t be mowing these mobsters down like animals?”

Trump knows he lost the popular (real) vote in 2016. He’s been burping up accusations of voter fraud for years and the only people they found guilty of it were Republicans. He can’t win if he doesn’t cheat (just like in golf).
