This is a mixed bag, as some companies have used old names well, while others have not, at least in the opinion of their fans. I won’t reiterate the other comments, but add what I think is a poor example of re-using a model name:
The extended cab was the original 2015 concept vehicle. It had small suicide doors to allow access to the space behind the front seats.
It’s a unibody truck. They are not going to re-engineer the whole vehicle shell for a 2-door.
Santa Cruz comes with a bed cover, see the pics at motor-1
This is better than I expected. I’ve been more interested in the Maverick’s more traditional truck look, this comes with a lot of thoughtful little touches inside and out.
Dammitt Streeter! Stop coming up with interesting slide shows!! :D

The 11'8" Can Opener is now officially 12'4"

Paradise Ave heading north to the LVCC can be a parking lot in the morning. I can walk from my hotel faster than I could drive/Uber the same distance. It seems a pretty useless route.
Yes, but for $10k she’s going to have to meet her new best friend in middle-age. There does not seem to be a V in Philly under $10k with under 100k miles.
It looks like most of the Jalopnik commentariat should be happy to take a 7 year loan, keep the dealer happy (hah!) and then pay it off early. (I’ve done that with 3 of 5 new cars)
Teaser rates. Restrictive terms, FICO requirements, alternate Tuesdays only, etc.
Sorry Torch, EV manufacturers have already decided to build EVs like laptop computers instead. Completely proprietary geometry, optimized for the price/performance mark they wish to hit. Certain components my be replaceable or upgrade-able (storage, memory) but the core processors rarely are.
So close to NP, but for the Pinto engine. I’d also prefer an extended cab. Salvage title doesn’t scare me, I’ve been there before. Someone will snap this up quickly.
I’l just put this here: 7+ years and no major problems. Useless rear “seat” has been removed for grocerys and road trip space for 2.
The small car edition this week. Except or the Chevy, which can haul small cars in its bed. Nice!
Could this bode well for an EV Tahoe? Asking for my brother, who dailies that beast!
