No, apparently this worked.

I think I just got cast back into the grays. I didn’t think anyone on staff has read the comments or taken notice of “flagging” for years. Let’s see.

John McCain was the son of an American military officer and was born in the Panama Canal Zone. Mitt Romney’s father George (Governor of Michigan and former Presidential candidate) was born to American parents living in a Mormon enclave in Mexico.

Thanks. We can live anywhere, basically, but first we have to offload this white elephant of an apartment we own, and we have a huge beast of a dog and he’s coming with. He enjoys a good road trip in a car but the trick is to find an airline that won’t kill him when he’s kenneled in the cargo hold.

I had to hunt around to find your comment. Now that I have I’ll respond.

Au cheval means “by hose” in French, as in “I arrived au cheval,” on horseback.

Fuddrucker’s! That’s a name I haven’t heard since the 80s.

I said this before: So did Hillary in 2016. Trump has The People. I’m pessimistically betting that he’ll win re-election. We saw this before in 2008. Hillary Clinton ran town halls where a few middle-aged women showed up. Barack Obama attracted crowds in the tens of thousands. Guess who won?

I’m responding to you, somewhat randomly.

I hope so. I really hope so.

Taking you out of grays. It’s a little opaque but here’s the Harvard Law School professorial directory:

He should have done all of this, I think.

I agree. I think if Bernie Sanders, who is not a Democrat, won the Democratic primaries he would have carried Wisconsin and Pennsylvania easily. And then of course we in the blue states would have voted for him.

Disagree all you want. Do you think she, the smart debater, the clever policy proposer, is going to defeat Trump in 2020? No, it’s not what the country wants but it needs.

Really. She went to Rutgers Law School and eventually found herself as the first Native American law school professor at Harvard University.

Now playing

You’d be surprised. On Sunday we had a few leftie folks over for brunch and Elizabeth Warren came up. My Boston-born husband loathes her, but he hasn’t lived in MA for 35 years.

I took everyone who responded to me out of the grays. You’re welcome.

So did Hillary Clinton. And we saw how that turned out in 2016.

Hi Jer!

If you work customer service or tech support I salute you.
