Is it outside the norm to quietly look around for a replacement before firing someone? I feel like that probably happens at normal workplaces. Some people have to be training their replacements and not know it.

How is a built-in screen safer than a phone screen? You can hold your phone at the top of the steering wheel and at least pretend to absorb peripheral visuals that way.

You can go buy your own steel plates for less than half that. But you’ll need to grind the edges smooth, torch or drill some handles, and probably won’t match their surface finish. I don’t know how important that finish is to sliding a pizza off of it, but surely a light pass with a sanding disc would be similar.

I hey the sentiment, but almost any car available today can’t be used to its full potential on the street. My 17 year old pickup will burn the tires off and can easily hit 98mph, neither of which I should be doing.

Depends on how big your living room is and how old your eyes are; 60" tv is a lot easier to look at from 18' than a 40" set.

Every dish in my house runs through the dishwasher or it doesn’t get to stay. No way i’m standing around for 20 extra minutes to scrub ketchup or macaroni cheese off a 60 year old plate that is afraid to get hot.
