The Wall Mart near my home has a bunch of Covered Parking with Solar Panels on top.

The place I work has a 600,000 square foot building, and we put solar panels on about 2-3 years after we built it in 2006. We basically pay nothing for power now. The panels produce enough power to keep a very busy warehouse going.
