Because this:
What about a used Lexus or Infiniti sedan? Japanese reliability + RWD.
Exactly. Until control is completely removed from the driver, there’s an element of moral hazard here. It’s like how football players will go for more dangerous hits when they are wearing helmets.
I’m a big fan of the classic big, RWD coupe proportions. Especially the BMW E9 and first gen Cougar.
They should build a 617-hp 3 banger Fiesta ecoboost!
....
If it’s going to be mid-engined, sweet. Twin-engined? Even better. But those huge ducts in front of the wheels better not just be for show. “Brake cooling,” my ass.
I’m of the opinion that the base model looks better. None of those angry-looking, cluttered aerodynamic appendages.
along with 230 horsepower to compete with cars like the Volkswagen Golf GTI and Ford Focus RS
But... I’M BATMAN!!!
If I recall correctly, the in-game SMS system with which you communicated with NPCs was Cingular-branded. SMH, texting and driving.

What’s funny about that is that as a self-identified fact-o-matic, you should know that that quote is actually attributed to Abraham Lincoln!
Source a Fiat TwinAir 2-cylinder and create a HeavenKitty swap!
Add fender flares, turbo the 3-banger, tweak some suspension bits, throw in AWD, call it Ralliart/Evo/VR-4. Market in the FiST segment and price around $18K. I would spend my actual money on this.
Of all these highly-modified cars, this one stands out to me. Boxy, purposeful, with a sweet racing livery. They just don’t make cars like this anymore. (To be fair, much of that has to do with safety/pedestrian protection/airbags/sound deadening...)
Fair enough. I do remember enjoying the noises my 760 turbo made, but it also had a hole in the muffler haha. I’d love to own an 850 or s/v70 turbo I5 someday, I’ve heard they sound awesome.
The top of the range 940/960/V90 models had a turbo-4 as their top of the range option. Those had plenty of get-up-and-go, and engine/hybrid tech has come a long way since then. Not worried.
