Well said, ‘cultural appropriation’ is such a non-thing. Maybe we should not listen to Elvis or Rock n roll because Elvis “stole” it from black people.

People forget that a team comprised mostly of MlSers was good enough to make the round of 16 in the 2014 WC (and this is despite Klinsmann’s wacky coaching). This, I think, is a good indicator that the level is certainly good enough. As you say, the league is only improving.
Love was brought in only after Lebron joined to “strengthen” the team and to have a big three.
Thought you were the OP. You still probably upvoted the post of someone who does not understand nu.
there is a time and place to make racist jokes, and I’m certainly not above making them (and I doubt anybody is). Having said that gawker media and its community are not really known for tolerating racist jokes. Therefore it sticks out when someone feels comfortable to make a racist joke against Jews (and gets 30+…
Oh, spare me. You’re either antisemitic or a self hating Jew.
do you always bring the ethnicity/religion of a coach being fired into your stupid comments?
I think it’s about the perception of Lebron in the public eye. After the finals, Blatt’s reputation improved and people gave him credit for the wins, and for almost going the distance with an injured roster. Had he been fired the, LBJ would’ve looked like a total jerk.
Keeping Lebron happy is top priority for the Cavs. They will throw rational decision making out the window to ensure the happiness of their star.
In all fairness to Blatt, he got on board before Lebron decided to return. He signed up initially for something totally different.
Lebron supposedly respects/gets along with Lue. That’s the most important thing when it comes to coaching Lebron.
Well, Klinsmann pretty much drove Fabby J away from the team.
except Green sucks
You should use motivated players. Look into the French national team that relied on unmotivated players.
or the smart.
Yes. Motivation is really important in international soccer. When you have players who are unmotivated you get things like the French national team debacle in 2010.
But he speaks German fluently, and he grew up playing in the German system. He is a German.
we were already in the right direction, but the team has been stagnating under Klinsi.
