They don’t play anyone. The number of countries that put any effort into women’s soccer is minuscule and they still don’t win all the competitions.

Actually, they don’t. The ratings are similar for big games (USMNT drew 21+ million to their round of 16 WC game against Belgium). Over the last 4 years, the men generated nearly 2x the revenue of the women. Some of that is certainly due to FIFA’s misguided way of paying the teams at the respective world cups.
