Well aware. I just know that many southern municipalities simply don’t have the equipment. Hell, there’s a town up here in MA with NO equipment - the DPW garage burned to the ground a month ago. Also just a year since the neighboring town lost all of THEIR equipment in a fire. Nothing to see here.
