There is no way to run a circle track in the wet, it would be slow, boring and extremely dangerous. They do run the Road-Courses in the wet, the problem is there is only 2 road course events a year. Despite many fans wanting more, that probably will not change.

The power gains on a GTI tune are nuts. An APR Stage 1 for a MK7 GTI will get you 316 HP and 381 ft-lbs on 93 octane. That will run you about $700. It is so tempting, but I think I would get too many speeding tickets with that much power.
