Reading this makes me fortunate that the BBC have all events, all runs, all moments shown not only live, but permanently stored on the iPlayer to watch at any time. There are also buttons at the bottom of the feeds to skip or go back to specific athletes or moments.

Agreed, it was a big part of it that real nurses learned the dances and did it on their own free time to be a part of it as a direct celebration of what they do, rather than just a nod-to by actors.
