This is very right, in most cases nowadays, to avoid this in court they make sure they have a persuable case beforehand. They might have a lot of crimes traceable to an IP address, but secure identity ("virus" = whatever IP address that they have evidence for) or location through entrapment-like situations.
There are websites where you can download default shepard savegames which fit with the criteria that you want: specific romance, save or dont save the Rachni etc.

Quite true, I though I'd like to see how well the Shadowbroker DLC fits into the storyline of ME3 and whether there are 'in-references' to characters like Kasumi. It might just be my ignorance, but are they confirmed as characters for ME3 if you didnt have the expansions?

Ah very true, high end machines now can glide through Sim City 4. But medium level ones now will have to remove some things such as shadows or cars. It's primarily due to buggy coding, it uses more than it should.
