I forgot she started on The Simpsons.
I forgot she started on The Simpsons.
Why does it have to be superhero work? I think she could do something solid with a title she has creative freedom over. (And an artist who doesn't…look like Ivan Reis.) In fact, has she ever written anything non-superhero related?
It gets better. It's rough at the start, but when Pasarin came in, it came together a bit better. Simone's a lot stronger at the slice of life stuff than the action stuff.
Between my boyfriend and me, I had a lot, it feels:
Oh man! I wonder if you've read the same stories and myths too!
I think the same thing. For most comics actually. I think the thing about buying monthlies is that it's just fun to be there as each chapter is released.
I dunno. I think Speed Racer constantly blows apart The Matrix in terms of awesomeness.

Just those names. Oh God, they're so great.
I had:

MIND MGMT 22 — Shit, Kindt's killing it on this book.
I think you had a great representation of all sort of different creators and genres. But I just may be happy because I always get happy when BATTLING BOY gets some attention.
I think Year One is definitely stronger than DKR, too.
No it's not.
Diamond shorted my LCS on Wonder Woman. So I haven't had a chance to read it yet and am disappointed. Can't wait to see how this one ends.
I have the Ego collection. It's fantastic. Selina's Big Score is seriously one of the best.
Actually, I feel most of Image's stuff reads better in a collected format. And, I mean, that's okay, because it'll remain as a collected entity longer than individual issues, and when we revisit the story, it'll be with more to it.
Speaking of Brubaker: Velvet's first arc finally wrapped. Did anyone read it?
I read Saga digitally and buy the trades later. I think it works well.
