Thanks, I just saw the cover today. It's not all laying on the beach though, is it? I wish it was.

Actually I think there is a lot of stigma to being childfree. Especially in this time of neo-traditionalism. And frankly, no one ever writes about that.

The situation does suck, and both high-end and low-end corporate culture is too inflexible. But also some of the complaints women have about balancing work and motherhood seem like "life is hard, and I didn't realize until now" complaints. Many people (men and women) have to balance many obligations, for little

I heart you for telling it like it is.

What beautiful pictures! What a sweet couple and fun-looking wedding. Yay for them! I love her dress too, she is the cutest.

We should be able to segregate all our super-happy FB friends onto a page like this. Why do people think I want to see pics of their kids every 10 minutes? Why don't they do something else with their time???

Yes, I agree with what you're saying too. It's disappointing for a show about prison, when we know that black and brown people are overrepresented in actual prisons. To an extent, the Black characters are a little more diversified than the Latina characters, but I also found the singing, etc., grating and

I'm with you on this. Unfortunately, we're grays, while everyone else is arguing about how to correctly say they don't like peanut butter up above.

I like this show, except for one thing: the Latinas! The writers obviously don't know or care anything about "Latinas" since they dump them all into one monolithic undifferentiated group. If this show takes place on the East Coast (or even if it doesn't), there should be a lot more Puerto Ricans and Dominicans, but

Best character/actress on the show!

Nope, it's just the Bronx. The final frontier. But actually, that's even good for the Bronx these days.

"verse, if you're going to send me a boyfriend make sure he's fucking tall and filled out, no beanpoles please.' That will be in my prayers tonight. Hope it works!

That's a great deal! Where does she live?

Are you actually defending the burka? Is this really just all about cultural relativism?

Interesting to me that it's the men protesting, not the women whose rights are actually being impacted here. I don't think the veil should be banned at all (although I might not object to a burka ban, whenever I see a woman in a burka in NYC I want to hand her literature about domestic violence). There are legit

I'm half blonde/blue eyed and half something that is usually a lot darker than that, and I get it from both sides. "Really??? You are???" Yes, thank you, I know, I don't look it.

Look at all those people on line in the hot McDonald's wanting some fries. Sheesh, America.

Truth. Some people just have skin that shows age more too. I know a woman who never smoked or drank or drugged to excess (if at all), and who's face was very lined by her mid-thirties. It's part sun damage and part genetics, I think.

Cue all the "I shave my entire crotch because it makes me feel more like a woman" comments.

I completely agree! Plus everyone thinks she's so pretty. I'm not snarking, but I think she's kind of plain. But that could be because of her personality.
