It’s a specialty vehicle that fits a wheelchair. Insurance can be pretty cheap when it comes to modified vehicles.

My overall response was a bit more restrained, but I don’t really think we much disagree on any of those points.

Actually, what he’s asking for isn’t all that unreasonable.  I mean, a full set of tires may be a bit punitive.  Maybe just replace the rears and rotate?
