I'm with you LeNoceur. I haven't seen Dune.... (but I'm sold on that image)...but I don't think I've ever seen a film with worse dialogue and more wooden acting than AOTC. It's just atrocious.

It's by no means the worst film on the list... I think Superman Returns and Crystal Skull, along with others, are at least as bad, and AOTC is far far far worse... I just had high expectations, and it just destroyed them. It just got to me!

I don't remember ever having left a theatre as angry as when I saw X-Men Origins: Wolverine. I still see red a little when I think of it.

I'm really surprised not see AotC on here. For all the Jar-Jar-iness of Phantom Menace, for sheer terribleness there's nothing that compares with "I killed them.... I killed them all." or any scene which had Hayden and Natalie on screen at the same time. cf: [www.youtube.com]

Just came back from seeing the movie. Loved it..and Woola was even more adorable than I had pictured! He looks so pleased with himself when he catches up with John jumping around the ruined city!

Geoff Barrow has a new record coming out this year too. Plus they've started work on a new record, though I wouldn't hold your breath, given that they were working on Third for about a decade!
