Triggered!

This stuff is a bad look.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Buddy, Kyrie flourishing under Lebron is a more objective statement than saying Kyrie was stifled under Lebron, right? Even if Kyrie thinks he was stifled for not having a user rate in the 40's while playing alongside Lebron, it’s still of greater objectivity to say Kyrie was assisted, at least, while playing

I was thinking similarly. The rules were changed to favor the top 6 ranked teams, but the U.S. has to play well enough to maintain perceptions that they’re top-6 in CONCACAF to capitalize on their rule change.

Fake accent that the honey’s love?

here’s how this past week has gone for fans of Atlanta-based/adjacent sports teams: the Braves were utterly obliterated in Game 5 of their NLDS series against the Cardinals, the Georgia Bulldogs choked at home in overtime against unranked South Carolina, and now this. Fucking hell, that’s depressing.

It’s interesting watching corporations balance that tightrope between squeezing fans for money, then responding to levels of threats. I mean, the article describes The Garden’s decision as calculated, which I have no doubt is true, but then watching the Garden respond to social media criticism - short of actual

Dabo Sweeney had 100 large on that kick.

I read it as “Gruden really really wanted to give a Hershal Walker-type bounty to move up to pick D. jones, but was overruled by Snyder”

“Don’t fuck it up, Randy” says guy bleeding from the knee.

everybody everywhere gets death threats on the internet. Like, it’s a huge problem. But a conservative gets a “death threat” that’s 50% positive (I like your soccer but not your politics) and this guy’s like: “woe is me!” and all of a sudden conservatives take death threats seriously and at face value.

That’s the weird part to me too. “I like you professionally but not politically” is about as mild as criticism gets - especially on these here internets - and this guy’s having an identity crisis over a message that’s like, 50% complimentary!

holy crap

While your description is true, the characterization of “revel” is doing a lot of work. Neymar looked as if Garfield had come to life and scored a goal, in stoppage time, for one of the biggest clubs in the world, in front of millions of adoring fans.

“Keep it simple” is what morons say when they can’t follow their own logic.

It’s such a shame that an owner, or GM, or whomever, looks at all the money the players make him and decide the player has no right to profit. I mean, just a hardline stance that no player has a right to the monopoly profits. Ugh. What a bunch of greedheads.

I’m sure Dolphins GM Chris Grier traded Tunsil b/c watching Fitzpatrick & Rosen made him confident in Miami’s qbs ability to improve those around them rather than watching Fitzpatrick & Rosen and thinking: nothing matters, life is pain, trade everyone.
