The PC version is noticeably better looking and has a higher frame rate from what I noticed of it on the PS4. The game looks good and runs great not much more you can ask for.

The only theory I can come up with is that they are hampered by destiny 1 being on last gen consoles and that's why we aren't seeing an iterative game experience.
