I've put a hundred hours into both games. There's much more deep a traditional RPG numbers game to warframe. The numbers in destiny almost mean nothing.

Enemies have elemental shields and different weapons do corresponding elemental damage. You don't mod the weapons in destiny you just upgrade them.

The numbers game part of warframe is almost nonexistent in destiny.
