Still better than Captain Genocide and the Salamander Happy Fun Time.

You’re completly right of course, Star Trek in name only. I just try to ignore them, the real shows and movies are still there to be enjoyed.

Won’t say they are better or worse. But if they are bad, they are not as far below other Trek as the Bat Credit Card was from the more recent Bat movies, or any other really. (And the Nolan movies ain’t as good as the fap material everyone made them out to be when they came out. At least in my personal opinion.) And

This is some pretty extreme hyperbole, but I’ll admit I laughed.

Was going to say the same

The philosophy of the artwork relates to the idea of the sacred feminine.

“addicting” awww Patricia, not you too :’(

“Do you know what radio waves look like? ... Because I do.”

They are doing those stories. Starfire, Gotham Academy, Cyborg etc.

I think it boils down to a few main decisions when someone pirates...

There’s something to be said for having to use your imagination to work around the blockiness, though. I find the prevalence of specialty pieces just makes it too easy sometimes.

I’m sorry but he did trash Trek. He missed Gene’s entire point of for once the humans got their shit in order and are the moral standard of the galaxy. Without the lessons we see in every star trek, it’s not star trek. It’s another action space movie.

Nailing it. They turned Star Trek into Cliff Hanger with Frat Boys

I can’t download adblock on my work computer, and the contrast between my internet experience at home and at work is enormous. I don’t have adblock because I don’t like seeing adds in banners or sidebars; I have it because I don’t like having my entire screen taken over, or having a banner that changes size multiple

It’s like you just took a shit on i09’s business model.

The way people in the first three movies speak of the Jedi has always seemed strange to me, as if they were some myth from 2000 years ago. Luke is what, 18-20 years old? There were tons of Jedi just 18 years ago, all over the galaxy! It’s like if we collected Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer and Boyz II Men CDs and posters and

Barber: What kind of look are you going for, bud?

I have found that my fantasy of Pinball ownership has faded since my office bought a Star Trek:TNG table about a year ago. (I work in a software development office that looks like it is from TV).
The table is awesome when it’s working, but the thing breaks *constantly*. There are three guys that spend all their break

I found mine at Radio Shack, and bought a few more before they closed in my area. However, they are very common on Ebay, and Amazon also carries them; here’s a link to theirs;

With pinball machines.

Duh.
