I've been on there almost daily these days (just prestiged a second time), and I'd say there's about 3100+ people on there at any given time. The interesting thing about it being so small-ish is that there's a high concentration of multi-prestiged players, so it tends to be pretty high-stakes and intense.

Wii U was my first day-one console purchase, and frankly I was swamped with an overabundance of things to do. NSMBU, Nintendo Land, and ZombiU are still keeping me occupied (along with Black Ops II).

You know, that's a very good point. It's similar to how Batman Forever and Batman & Robin brought about Batman Begins: without those crazy failures, perhaps no one would have been surprised to aim heigher.

Not a troll at all, everyone just thinks I'm talking about sales numbers. The numbers legitimately haven't been great, but that's not how I'm measuring it. The GameCube didn't do so hot, either, but I loved that system (I got it for the remake of Resident Evil, and had fallen out of Nintendo Fever after my years spent

*stares*

Needs more Miiverse.

It made me bury my face in my hands until my arms were buried up to my elbows in my eyesockets.

See: SIXAXIS.

It's how they roll. Which would be okay, since iteration is how things get better and move forward...except they don't really seem to know how to actually iterate. The Move's motion tech has excellent tracking, but the buttons on that thing are a nightmare, and it's a big investment to even get started using it -for

As a man with over a 100 Steam games, yes. We will win. Steam will probably win, period, really.

Criterion (Need For Speed) and Treyarch (Black Ops II) seemed to know what to do with it. I imagine Watch Dogs will, too, as Ubisoft seems to be interested in doing stuff with the actual tech (aside from whoever's in charge of Michel Ancel's end of things, the bastards).

Meaningful touch-screen interfaces if they can be bothered to invest in them, and off-TV play if possible. Super Mario and Call of Duty in the luxury of my pillows and blankets, man. Cannot be beat.

I think the system's power would probably be the biggest hangup, then the battery (but I think Nintendo could literally release an updated battery to put on store shelves, if they really wanted to. The battery hatch is easy to get to). The controller is genius, though, people just need to know how to use it. ZombiU,

I just got a Pro so I don't have to play with the Wiimote+Nunchuk in ZombiU multiplayer, and honestly that thing is an impressive piece of hardware. I have a 360 controller for my PC, and the Pro is lighter, comfier, and just plain nicer. No fat battery pack to deal with, and just a straight USB charging port.

Well, again, there's more to it than that. I'll just go over what that game has going for it, and please don't think I'm being condescending, I just seriously want to talk to people about it.

For the record, I was not talking about sales numbers in the slightest. I'm also not talking about tech. I'm talking about software, which never quite got where it was supposed to be for any of these systems (barring the Vita, which we've yet to see the lifecycle of).

I had a guess, but you failed to make it a proper noun, so I seriously wasn't sure if you were making a reference or just using a general phrase. So now I've come back and we've cleared this whole proper noun nonsense up. :P

You, and Yahtzee, have missed the point, but it's kind of an easy one to miss.

The PS3 and the 360 can play this, so the Wii U will have no problems playing it. So hush, dear.

That controller is amazing. ZombiU was a delightful revelation, and playing other games in bed is awesome, if bad for my sleep. XD
