Nah, I’m good. The NVH levels would make it almost impossible to daily, making it a garage queen or collector item, in which case isn’t really the epitome of sustainability. Building shit just to build shit.

It's gotta be loud in there with no sound dampening. Still, this is way closer to the original Mini than any production model.
What is the lowest credit score and gross monthly income for which Mitsubishi will guarantee financing? How much negative equity can I roll into the loan? What is the resulting monthly payment when financed for 84 months?
I walk to work (well, I did before the pandemic and perpetual WFH), so my only car is a 30-year-old sports car I only drive on weekends. Not commuting by car or adding to the externalities of auto manufacturing is an even better way to cut emissions.
Agreed. The Bleeds it leads is KILLING our media.
EVs are a bad value proposition for USA: huge country, badly designed cities, bad urban public transport (except some big cities), no high speed trains: means you’re gonna have long commutes with your car and and EVs, today, just do not match with your lifestyle, apart from some urban areas here and there.
Maybe with…
Agree completely. When I first drove a Dodge with the controls on the back of wheel, it was so much more natural than my Acura which had me contorting my thumbs to volume up and down etc.
I was going to point out that the Mopar audio controls date back to the 90’s… so, it may be an odd placement for someone who became a driver in the era of DCTs/paddle shifters; but to say that placement is odd because that’s where you expect the paddles to be seems a bit “generational”.
Those mopar audio controls on the back of the wheel are awesome, intuitive to use, and one of the things I miss about my old car. I don’t think in 7 years of ownership I ever used the radio controls on the actual radio
Wow. Looks like the CCP trolls are on Jalopnik now too. And you guys seem to operate via the same exact script, which is to both deny, try to downgrade and deflect. We aren’t fucking talking about what happened in Afghanistan are we? No. We’re talking about the GENOCIDE that is happening in China.
So let me give you…
4th Gear: To me the problem with vaccines is bad messaging.
Well I got a bj once, but it was the wrong time of the month so that’s as far as it went. Sad face.
If I had a reliable way to charge one, I’d get an EV in a heartbeat. But since I don’t have that, I’ll stick with my hybrid until the wheels fall off.
I like Google’s approach - you can choose not to be vaccinated, you just don’t work here anymore.
1. I use FSD every day too and from work (~25 miles each way). It’s totally safe as designed.
The employee that drives it back isn’t free. They incentivize rentals that help them relocate stock to where people want it. Nothing nefarious there.
This is the most accurate description of Teslas FSD yet
1) self-driving is pretty good at most things, except edge cases, and 2) almost everything is edge cases.
Tesla: selling something called “full self driving.”
Just wait until a SpaceX rocket heads for a traffic light!
