I’d rather just have some mispelled words every once in a while than 15% of the time it put some other word in there that I didn’t want.

There was a great place there that did a spicy teriyaki with sriracha in the sauce, it was glorious. That’s how I always make it at home now.

Well, maybe it doesn’t apply to every topping(bottoming?) or condiment, but the reasoning behind putting them on the bottom is to protect the bun. That’s all I was trying to say. If you have a very liquidy condiment then you’re not going to want to put it on the bottom.
