But what if you eat your burger upside down? I pick it up off the plate and rotate it into my mouth, top bun on my tongue, then rotate it back down on the plate. That gives me the proper taste profile while allowing the lettuce to protect the bottom and keep the burger intact.

Ugh, no. Burgers need browning for maximum flavor.

The same applies to turkey burgers or veggie burgers if that’s your choice. I’ll continue to enjoy beef and would appreciate it if people would respect that choice.

What? Then you get no browning on the meat. Why would you deprive yourself of that flavor?

I make my burgers without cheese, but I strongly disagree with your opinion that cheese is disgusting. I just like my burgers simple where the focus is the meat.

Yes, melted cream cheese is the worst. A good fresh bagel should not ever be toasted. If it isn’t fresh, toast it a little bit unsliced.

It’s the opposite, the lettuce (and mayo if you’re into that sort of thing) go on the bottom to protect the bottom bun from the juices. Putting the patty in direct contact with the bottom bun is the surest way to destroy it.

Forget cheese, let’s address the bacon issue and the idiot chefs who lay the slices across the burger in an X. How is this the optimal arrangement? You only get bacon in about half of the bites. The slices should be cut in half and laid out parallel to each other to completely cover the burger, giving you bacon in

I respect your right to be wrong. ;)

That’s not how circles work.

“Kickmen doesn’t even do corner kicks”

This seems a little too obvious to need a report on.

I was going to say the same thing, seems like an easy solution to the problem.

One restaurant will bankrupt KFC? I’ll take that bet.

It’s not the payment, it’s the product.

Wendy’s grilled chicken sandwich is surprisingly decent.

So you only have one thing to hold and you don’t have to worry about switching between them.

As a second-born son, I can tell you this was definitely not the case in my family.
