At least with the wii/wii u the store clerk was likely to at least attempt to clarify (online shopping was much less common almost a decade ago, and the ones who used it were generally more savvy than the average confused game buying parent) which one you were looking for.

I super hope the ‘new capababilities and features’ doesn’t mean some poorly executed element like SixAxis (or even the PS4 touchpad to a lesser extent) that they then force developers and designers to find a way to fit into their games for the first few months before realizing it’s always been a crap idea.

Honestly I haven’t cared about Halo since Reach. And this trailer? Still kind of underwhelming.

New Horizons - they weren’t kidding

It’s actually very easy to completely avoid anything military related in the US, or even know anyone actively enlisted. It’s not as ingrained as the media would have you think. The bigger problem at hand is the police forces pretending they are military.

America does put stupid amounts of money into the military, but it’s absolutely not integrated into the lives of most people. I honestly can’t remember a time I had any sort of direct interaction with anything military related, unless you count seeing Army ads before a movie or something?
