Listen, I don’t want to come off as an asshole here. There’s no doubt in my mind that there are a ton of wonderful, immensely talented people at 343and I wish them nothing but the absolute best...but there’s no real nice way of saying this, so I’ll just say it...

343 was a mistake and MS should have let Halo go after

I thought the Wii U was just an addon for the regular Wii for the longest time.

At least with the wii/wii u the store clerk was likely to at least attempt to clarify (online shopping was much less common almost a decade ago, and the ones who used it were generally more savvy than the average confused game buying parent) which one you were looking for.

Jesus christ somebody please fire the people in charge of naming their consoles.

62 million people voted for Donald Trump. Stupid gullible people often confuse arrogant obnoxious assholes for bold leaders.

I expect that Sony, Marvel and Square-Enix know a whole hell of a lot more about Spider-Man’s legal situation than people on the internet.

I also can’t help but wonder if Marvel is throwing Sony a few bones to keep their relationship on good terms so they can continue to use the character in the MCU without Sony rocking the boat.

People really need to accept the fact that, unlike Microsoft, Sony hasn’t been on a seven year losing streak and that exclusivity deals of all shapes and sizes are more widely available to them and at far less cost. And, as any business is wont to do, Sony will take advantage of that fact. And that regarding

I super hope the ‘new capababilities and features’ doesn’t mean some poorly executed element like SixAxis (or even the PS4 touchpad to a lesser extent) that they then force developers and designers to find a way to fit into their games for the first few months before realizing it’s always been a crap idea.

Maybe it’s just me, but based on their single sentence answer (“No, we believe that PS5 games should take advantage of the new capabilities and features we’re bringing to the platform, including the features of DualSense wireless controller.) I’m skeptical this is just a shakedown for more controller sales. That’s

always bugs me when I put the number of years since the game was kickstarted into the headline and forget that development actually started in 2010-11.

Honestly I haven’t cared about Halo since Reach. And this trailer? Still kind of underwhelming.

I’m of the mind that the original Halo, while revolutionary at the time it released, is largely the worst game in the series, so 343i’s kinda desperate pandering at showing they’re returning to the series roots isn’t really working for me.

If you told me that footage was from an xbox 360 halo game I would have believed you, and then yawned.

It’s certainly nostalgic to see something that’s SO eerily similar to Halo:CE, and I think that’s cool, but man... That gameplay doesn’t even look half as fun as Destiny, or Titanfall 2, or Doom. If they’re trying to get back to a more simple, nuts and bolts combat system, I appreciate the gesture, and I hope I’m

Out of curiosity since when did it become sad to want to enjoy the company of other people? Maybe the amount of “sad men” is a result of numerous failings in society that we fail to adequately address.

New Horizons - they weren’t kidding

It’s actually very easy to completely avoid anything military related in the US, or even know anyone actively enlisted. It’s not as ingrained as the media would have you think. The bigger problem at hand is the police forces pretending they are military.

America does put stupid amounts of money into the military, but it’s absolutely not integrated into the lives of most people. I honestly can’t remember a time I had any sort of direct interaction with anything military related, unless you count seeing Army ads before a movie or something?
