The worst thing about the car dlc is the price. New cars used to be $1.99 - $4.99 and it would come with a bunch of extras like a goal explosion. Now with Epic you get a $15 Ford pick up truck and a $19.99 Lamborghini with limited customization options. Having licensed material isn't new either so it doesn't explain

In most car accidents they usually say “Don’t move you might have a serious injury, wait for the ambulance”. In this case it’s “rip them out and slam them down!”.

It’s like every Christmas when that super popular toy is getting bought out. Except now people are applying that logic to anything and everything. It’s sad. Picture somebody camping out overnight waiting for Target to open. All those hours standing there and you could have found a job to work at instead and made more

Last year a lot of stores in my area had Black Friday deals that spanned multiple days. Like there weren't any deals on Black Friday that you couldn't have gotten 2 days earlier. It was pretty nice.

I wonder how well this will sell compared to the first headset. I spent the $600 for the original launch bundle. It was worth it and I had fun with it. But I have no desire to buy a whole new set up. There are fun games for psvr, but even across the whole vr space, I don’t feel like there is that perfect vr game that

Let’s say this thing fell on your house or car. Would normal insurance even cover it? They seem to have ways to weasle out of paying for things. Like I have a truck for my business, somewhere in the fine print of the insurance it specifically mentioned the truck is not covered in the event of a terrorist attack. I

Probably been said before, but the dumbest part of the movie for me was the final Scorpion and Sub Zero fight where Cole is just standing in the background punching the ice around his family. My wife and I laughed so hard.

I need to watch the movie again. Was his armor shirt supposed to be a rip off of Black Panthers suit? I think when he got hit it was like absorbing the energy and sending it back during the Goro fight?

Times will change. This is something that isn’t going to change as fast as we all want it to but it will get there eventually. Everyone is screaming for change now now now. But a lot of industries are still being run by the same people from 20,30, even 40 years ago. If they were racist then, they are racist now. As

Same for me. The price isn't a big deal for me. But not being able to save is ridiculous. I can't sit there for 3-4 hours at a time. I'm probably going to like the game but I have to tell myself I'm going to spend $70 for a game I probably don't have a real chance at finishing.

For me the price issue is a concern because the game is a rogue like. This article mentioned ”rogue like elements where you’ll die a lot... game is unrelenting and unforgiving”. I can play these games but I’m not always the biggest fan of them after 2 or 3 hours.  If this is just a really pretty AAA version of a $15

Ah yes, the world of digging up 20 year old quotes from someone’s past. The healthiest way to live. If we could dig up bullshit comments from everybody we meet in life, we might not be able to function as a society due to the outrage.

My thoughts as well. I don’t read this and feel any outrage. He didn’t scam anybody out of money so that’s good. Otherwise, this is shit people fall for day after day online. The fake outrage is relentless. I don’t know the cure for it. A single person has the power to interact with a big company “on a world stage”.

I’ve done it plenty of times with PlayStation store games on sale. It’s a game I want to play, it’s got a really nice discount, click buy, and boom I’m playing my usual Apex Legends and Rocket League instead....I want to play the new game, but after a ridiculous day at work, my wife and kids taking my time until 9pm,

I played the demo and was pretty underwhelmed. Had a real “been there done that” vibe. 4 different classes, farm for weapons, blah blah blah. These types of games never have a totally smooth launch week.

Lil Nas X and MSCHF probably ruined a good thing by being greedy. Nike didn’t have a problem with the holy version, something that is pretty positive in nature. Then they end up pushing boundaries as far as they will go by making a Satan themed hell shoe. You got the attention you wanted. Lil Nas got his name out

Definitely. Have you seen the newest pick up trucks coming out? They are taller and wider than ever, coming that way stock from the manufacturer. You can’t tell me traffic fatalities aren’t going to rise when people are driving those hulking beasts with one hand on the wheel and one on the smartphone.

Great.... now I’m imagining a future where everyone is sitting around watching sitcoms and football. Only this time they are paying $500 to have their name shown on a refrigerator in the background or a quick message pops up on the jumbotron during the game :)

All I can say is, if you have kids, please explain the internet to them as they get older. The amount of time that can potentially be wasted online will add up. If you are giving money to a guy in a race car bed while he sleeps, you have a problem. Watching a streamer do a dumb stunt and paying money is like a micro

Yeah going from Wolfenstein New Order to Youngblood is not going to be a good way to play.
