sounds like you aren’t speaking from experience. I am talking about using it after those stores of sugars you stocked up before the workout have been well burned off. If you don’t eat/drink something with sugars/carbs/something besides plain water, you will hit a wall real hard. I am talking about long workouts, like

Gatorade is fine when you actually use it for what it is for. After an hour or so of heavy cardio, plain water starts to not quite cut it. The sugar and electrolytes actually do help a lot in that situation. That is what Gatorade is for, not as a refresher from your tough walk up that one flight of stairs. Like

I am new to running, and have been trying to keep good form. I have been making myself take a break if I start to run wonky due to being tired, but want to build more endurance. Should I try to focus on making my current sessions more intense, or take it easy speed-wise and push for longer distances?

what is wrong with noise cancelling headphones?? I use them at work when I need to focus, and they work great.

People are waaay overthinking this. The point of a shower beer is that you have done work or exercise and need a shower, and a beer. The best beer for this is the beer you have. After hard work, cold beer is the best beer. It really doesn’t matter what kind, as long as it’s cold. (been doing shower beers for about 7

“Needs engineers” is right! Im at a supplier, and you should see out open reqs list! So many positions, but nobody to fill them.

He needs to put a sick mural of a wizard on the side to class it up a bit.

That car looks horrible in matte black. It’s just looks like another highschooler who bought an old cop car and plasti-dipped it. It looks like a turd.

What is wrong with this guy? It’s not even that bad, and he’s driving a truck. What a baby.

Gave me flashbacks to the aftermath of some bad mexican food last weekend.

http://wichita.craigslist.org/bik/5684485786… Boom, but definitely throw out a lower offer, as bicycle blue book says its worth less. But it is definitely a better frame set and better all around bike than the schwinn, even if it’s older. It will be lighter and fit you way better. Use this link as a really rough guide

Hey, you have about my build, but an inch taller. You will want at least a Large frame, but probably an XL. I just switched to an XL, and it is much more comfortable. The folding feature on that bike really just adds a lot of extra weight for not a lot of functionality. If you want to get a bike in your trunk, just

Saddle choice is very personal beyond the few basic rules of getting one that supports your sit bones and isn’t too squishy, and also dependent on the riding you do, and posture while riding. My road saddle would not work well on my mountain bike, and vice versa. I hear good things about Brooks though.

What is your budget, and main intended use? As in, do you see yourself taking biking seriously, are you just puttering around, or do you really intend to go for rides over 10 miles? I am going under the assumption that the bike folding isn’t important. If you give me some info, I will make you a real recommendation.

Being cosigned can impact the cosigners credit even if you have been making regular payments. I will probably be doing this asap.

I absolutely agree, I just didn’t want to be seen as elitist. People get sensitive when you call their bike pieces of shit. But yes, that schwinn probably weighs 40lbs and comes with a shitty drive train. Looking at the thing on amazon, its a folding bike with 20" wheels. It’s obviously going to be a piece of shit.

just a side note, If you actually plan on riding for any length of time, the seat you have recommended is terrible. It is far too squishy and will cut of circulation to various parts that need it. Here is an old lifehacker article that explains it. http://vitals.lifehacker.com/why-a-softer-b…

“transmission / distribution network is not very efficient” What? Where are they getting this information that transmission lines aren’t very efficient? I would say 95% is pretty damned good. That on top of the efficiency of a power plant which is well above that of an ICE, will probably still beat this thing on

Some did.... No major manufacturers still put chains with bushings on them on bikes.
