Here is your daily reminder that as much as people talk about norms and power when it comes to the government, ultimately it is a house of cards that is built upon the premise that everyone just goes along with it. The shells aren’t all that bad. I like the textural difference and the crunch. Plus, I’m lazy and eating the shell is also a time saver. It’s especially good when you’re doing a low country shrimp boil because the shell helps hold in some of the boil liquid.
