My one gripe with the show: Why has no one called her out on her story about being the professor's daughter, and forced her to explain what the hell she is.

I was afraid it was going to get too derivative for a minute there when it looked like we were going to get another Evil Ash. I can't express how happy I was with the little demon, and his "Fuck you, Ash. Fuck you, motherfucker."

I think people disagree about a lot of things on this site. I'm just appreciative that it's a community that doesn't sink to the level of using nasty insults, or wants to defend the usage of them.

I agree. The only thing that should be sacred in comedy is the idea that nothing is sacred.

No. It's perfect as it is. You shut your hateful mouth.

I'm happy that I can scroll through the comments on this site, and not find anyone defending it. I'm exhausted just thinking about having to read a comment like that.

The last book in the series I read was the one that had the vast majority of the plot revolve around a 12 year old boy getting sucked off by a vampire over and over and over and over again. That was my exit point.

It was so unexpected that I spit Dr. Pepper on myself, and choked for a good minute.

Baal was a complete abomination. The only way they could have sold him as written is if it was Brad Dourif playing him, and then just barely. Definitely the weakest episode of the show so far.

The only thing I really remember watching him in was The Watchmen, and I thought he was damn near perfect casting for that, but I haven't seen enough of him to know if that's the only note he's capable of hitting. If it is, he still hits that note pretty damn well.

It's mostly the terrible writing that bothers me.

The "Carol and the Little Girls" episode is probably the best episode the show has ever produced.

Talking Necronomicon was definitely jarring. I wasn't a fan of that. It didn't ruin the episode for me, but it just didn't feel right.

They almost have to, though. Don't get me wrong, I think the show is bad, but the comic is worse. The pacing is terrible. It reads like a four year old telling a story. And then this happened. And then this happened. And then this happened. It's one of the worst comics I've ever read.

I loved those commercials. Who knew nightmare fuel could so effectively sell meat products?

Their new slogan: Shit Follows
You know, because when you eat their food, later on you, oh you get it.

A smarter marketing move would be to own the creepy factor, like what Burger King did with its King back in the day. Imagine how funny it would be to see a commercial with Ronald standing just in the tree line on the edge of a field, holding out a bag of burgers. It's fucking funny. That shit sells grease sandwiches.

Also, thanks for bringing these back. I was shocked when I realized you guys cut the reviews for this show. Especially at Halloween time.
