There is a user over on opposite-lock that has been offroading the last week or so with a Rivian among the group. The Rivian hasn’t been an issue until the last part of the trip where they were going deep off grid and had no charging points available. The Rivian owner had to sit out that part of the trip.

You’re assuming a lot with that comment. I’m an engineer at a large plant for a large corporation. I wouldn’t trust most of the office staff to work the fabrication side of our plant and maybe only half to work the assembly side. Things run differently for large companies in the US. Most office staff don’t get any…

Hell, there are many engineers that I wouldn’t want assembling some of the stuff they design.

My company “delayed” our raises then hoped no one would notice when that delayed to date passed by and no one got a raise. My division also happened to post record profits in 2020.

Weird, our 2009 Matrix S (aka a hatchback Corolla) has a 2.4l engine vs the 1.8l in the non-S. So it apparently meant something at one point.
