I live in Iowa, lots of corn here. I’ve yet to experience an intersection without a stop/yield sign, corn covered or otherwise

You don’t even need a CDL for operating farm equipment on the roads. At least that’s how it is in Wisconsin.

There are laws that generally allow operation of farm equipment without a CDL and those laws specifically label semi-trucks that are transporting grain from the field as “farm equipment”. Add to this laws that also allow teens down to 14 to operate farm equipment on roads legally, this includes semis by my

Not just the poor though...the working class as well. While the service industry has been hit the hardest, many manufacturing jobs have been lost as well. We most likely haven’t even seen the real affects on the economy of the first round of layoffs, with cases increasing again and more layoffs a possibility we simply

He got 2 stars so far, so presumably there are at least 3 of them.

5th gear: This all sounds incredibly stupid and mostly pointless. I assume they will get some big cash infusion from investors, enrich themselves, and fold shortly there after.

And flout the laws they don’t agree with. Like removing emissions equipment from their diesel truck or shooting a deer/turkey/duck without a tag.

The best one I’ve heard so far is “Washington Red Tails”...though I highly doubt that one happens.

Buy shittier cars at auction but still sell them for the same price?

Let’s assume you financed $80,000 and they gave you a 0% loan over 8 years...that’s still over $800 a month. How much beer and lotto tickets are you buying!?

it’s not yet feasible for a ship to have enough batteries to cross the ocean

Bio fuel needs a breakthrough to make sense. Corn ethanol barely breaks even on energy balance. It takes 1 kwh to make 1.3 kwh of ethanol.

Not to mention the market is going to flooded with cheap low mileage used bikes that are basically indistinguishable from a new one as boomers no longer are able to ride.

That restructuring will also cost hundreds of people their jobs, including that of its chief financial officer.

I don’t think you know very many “successful” people. Many of the ones I know would push their own mother out of the way to make buck. They don’t care who they steam roll to make more for themselves, nor do they care if any one else makes it. It’s all about them.

the only response you have is to your paycheck
