To quote George Carlin, “Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.”

Try doing that but with a sub-quality product instead of luxury niche product and it just does not add up.

One of these guys must have a .50 cal rifle and some armor piercing bullets right? Some tens of rounds into each face should do enough damage right?

Why we decided every kid needs their own bedroom is beyond me. We live in a 3/2 and hope to have 4 kids...I don’t plan on moving to a larger house.

It’s always bothered me how little consideration house position and design has traditionally been taken into account. I would bet I could significantly reduce our need for heating and cooling with a few design tweaks and changing the position of our house on the lot. Even though this design consideration is more

Considering he was previously outed as a homophobic shit-head and nothing happened, I am going to have to agree with your conclusion.

Her defense is basically, “I wasn’t being klan member racist, just casual racist”

I still don’t get why either the House or the Senate can just ignore a bill from the other legislative body. I feel like if a bill passes one body there should be rules that it must be brought to a vote in the other within a certain time frame.

A boat can be had on a budget. You can get a larger good running older boat for around $10k, a trailer generally comes with any boat under 25' long, many Americans already have a truck, many states do/did not require a separate boating license and if they do it’s rather easy to complete the course, maintenance is not

Every company I know, except commercial real estate firms, has their people working remotely and has no short term plans to bring them back into the office.

1) 15mpg is not “high teens”

He doesn’t. There’s no way he’s getting that mileage with a 5.3l V8 even if it’s a single cab RWD truck. He might be getting 15 mpg if it’s a very small enclosed trailer but if it’s a “large utility-style covered trailer” like he claims it’s going to more like 10mpg if not worse.

I too would “forget” my computer if that were to happen

Just let me work from home up to 3 days a week or something...while there are things I need to be in the office for, I don’t need to be in the office every single day.

1st: Meanwhile my company insists on having us back in the office already even though we had been doing our job from home for 2 months and coronavirus cases continue to rise.

Only time will tell how reliable modern engines are, but engines from the time frame you’re talking about are built on the architecture of engines with decades of use while adding just enough electronics to add reliability without over complicating things. So it makes sense that those are very reliable, if not the
