A little confused on the game direction considering:

“He is no more/less qualified than any of the other justices.” Well, that’s actually false. Every other justice managed to graduate, if not at the top, near the very top of their class for law school.

My point about remarkable is that those selected are usually one of, if not the, top of their class both in their under-graduate studies and at law school (most graduate at least magna cum laude, if not summa). Clarence Thomas by his own admission was a mediocre student.

Scalia was arguably the most conservative justice we’ve ever had and will ever have (actually, I take that back. According to Martin-Quinn scores, Thomas is slightly more conservative than Scalia). While he may not “technically” be affiliated with a party, his rulings were consistently conservative (i.e. Republican)…
