Poe Dameron Left Me Behind

I've decided that if the movie is iffy, I can just draw a beard on all the Poe Dameron stuff I've bought & pretend that it's Llewyn Davis…

totally! I just started listening last week and I love it so much! Jack & Michael are great hosts and it's so great to hear about the writing/production process. Probably my fave takeaway so far is hearing that the actor who plays Gallinger is actually a really nice guy.

crazy pool-fishing advanced syphilis Capone was portrayed hilariously by Joe Lo Truglio on Drunk History

yes! The Heimlich episode I think? The Dollop is always insane but that one was especially memorable

I'm not worried, Clive's handsomeness burns like an eternal flame

G-G-G-G-G-G-G-GLENDALE!

Todd Haynes did that with Far From Heaven, but it was with Dennis Haysbert

But she also worked on Shame & The Hour (both of which are great) Hopefully her next projects are back at that level

Little Danson Man!

I assume she meant actors (and creative people in general) can be very touchy & sensitive so if they're treated poorly by a teacher or director they may quit and never make the most of their "gift"

He died on the way back to his home planet

My jerkoff dad is a dyed-in-the-wool Conservative, and whenever he'd bring up Harper and how great he is my answer would be something like "stfu Dad, you probably think his hair looks cool!"

& that Oscar Isaac is Latino? That's some seriously half-assed racism! & these are probably the same psychos that bully redheads, why not attack Domhnall Gleeson while they're at it?

I watched The Two Faces of January recently and thought it was great, a decent thriller in a beautiful location. My opinion is coloured by my monster crush on Oscar Isaac, mind you

& for the ladies: young(ish) Gabriel Byrne *swooooooon*

ahh yes, the notoriously stodgy American rating system: none of their stupid decisions surprises me anymore

Yeah, I feel like the direction was a little lacking, and I almost laughed when the woman said something like: "life is beautiful!" while they were boning. Alexander Fehling is devastatingly handsome and a great actor, I'm excited for him to be on the new season of Homeland

oh god, I just finished the Douglas Mawson ep a few days ago; I didn't think I'd be able to finish it because his story was so harrowing (with a lot of gross details!) I've been recommending the Thomas Kinkade episode to anyone who will listen.
Also Gareth was on a great episode of the Crab Feast recently where he told

Free the Bacon!!
