What is your philosophy about money? Do you have good or bad credit? Do you have savings?

TY. U won't catch me making any of these jokes bc it's not really my lane, so to speak, but these examples are too good not to be celebrated
Is she using her voice, or signal-boosting the voices of others? (I know the answer to this question. Do you?)
If someone genuinely espouses equality for all and then calls themself a feminist, why do you care what is between their legs? Honest question. What bad thing will then happen to the movement?
Father of two here, and I am totally in agreement, but I'm going to offer a different solution: unisex bathrooms. Every place I go that has gotten rid of the his/hers distinction has gone ahead and provided a changing station. Raw deal for ladies, having to share a bathroom with borderline wild animals, but it's a…
The onesies get easier.
I worked in retail for years, and without a doubt, regardless of clientele, geography, local income, or any other demographic you'd like to name, the ladies room was consistently dirtier than the men's rooms, and with a much higher chance of pure nastiness occurring.
As someone who worked in a restaurant for years, don't make that assumption. Men can fuck up a bathroom, yeah, but women can also be naaaasty. Put the changing station away from the urinals and it should be fine.
I totally get that, and didn't mean to make light of it. I recently travelled with friends who have an infant, and finding a womens' facility that was functional was difficult. Finding a place where Dad could do diaper duty was impossible.
I just distract easily from serious issues with funny mental images.
No. The important thing is for you to realize that there's no difference between "he can't be a feminist because he's a dude" and "she can't be an Aristotelian philosopher because she's a lady." Putting limits on who can fully participate in social discourse—quibbling over labels like "ally," etc.—is a distraction.…
Ok, cool, then I'm a civil rights activist!
Are people never allowed to grow and evolve in their perspectives? When I was 17-20, I regularly espoused my beliefs that civil unions were fine, being trans was all made up nonsense, that abortion was wrong, and that affirmative action is bullshit.
I've watched all his specials (or at least all the ones he has on Netflix) and I feel like there's a definite maturation going on there. It feels like he's having the same realization a lot of guys have when they realize what life is actually like for women. I'd rather encourage that than find fault with it on the…
Did it really seem like I was trying to talk down to women? Did it really seem like that was my intention? Don't you think that, deep down in my heart, I was trying to say something interesting and positive — and funny? Do you really have to write some mean thing? Isn't there much worse shit going on? Am I really the…
By SlippingGinny and Thought Catalog's logic, if I'm sober and a drunk guy at a bar calls me over, grabs my ass, and I walk away instead of immediately punching him in the dick, I sexually assaulted HIM.
Agreeing vs. initiating. So if I'm walking down the street and some drunk guy grabs my tits, I assaulted HIM because he's intoxicated and I'm sober?
Lucy Lawless is such a badass name. I'm picturing a female outlaw who robs from men and shoots 'em dead.
I don't know about mks6, but I definitely would defend the same action from a sober man and drunk woman. 100%.
Did you read the original transcript of her speech? I would hardly call that "forcing herself" on him. HE asked her to come over, HE pushed her onto the bed, HE tried to penetrate her, HE went down on her. If anything is clear in the story, it's that the guy was the aggressor in all this. I wouldn't call this "too…
I think this is a really grey area and I would honestly say the same thing if the situation was reversed. HE called her up and asked her to come over, HE then proceeded to push her into bed, HE put his fingers in her, HE tried to penetrate her, HE went down on her. If you read her transcript, she's pretty passive in…
