...and still idiots are saying “both parties are the same.” 

Glad that Texan Democrats walked out on this shit, wished this similar tactics be used in other states that passed and enacted such bullshit laws (screenshot from CNN’s today article):

Republicans have claimed that these bills are about revitalizing public trust in the election process when the fact is Republican lies are the only reason that trust has eroded in the first place.

The number of people on Twitter who looked at this and still managed to come back with “At least they did something!! Unlike most Dems!” bullshit is the perfect example of why I’m glad Twitter isn’t real life.

This is really going to cause problems for use of public transportation. Bus drivers don’t have time for that.

Correct because republicans know their supporters are complete idiots who will do whatever they tell them to. It’s a win win for them either way. If it passes they can use it as planned. If it doesn’t go through they can use it during the next election and tell their supporters if they don’t vote republican it’ll only…

So let me see if I get this correctly. When Democrats reach out to Republicans, and sometimes even make a deal that is mutually agreed upon with some of them, but Republicans use legislative tactics to kill a bill and force Democrats to unilaterally pass it, it’s an abomination and shows that Democrats do not believe…

If you need a shining example of how ridiculous this bill is, there’s a provision in it that “anyone who transports more than two voters to the polls to fill out a form,” the Post reports.

So much for our young folk being “woke.”

These sorts of interactions should be dealt with by a third party who is well versed in conflict mediation and who has the authority to make change.

I am not an advocate for violence either, but simply ignoring them and hoping they will shut the fuck up and go away has been proven ineffective.
