If only Texas had extremely loose gun laws that allowed everyone to easily access and openly carry guns, then they’re could have lots of good guys with guns to stop the bad guy with a gun here.

Because they should but also because they have to. Imagine what would happen if they didn’t disbar him.

That’s the part I don’t get...is it even legal to evict someone from a business space that fast?  Is it legal to evict someone for that reason?  Makes me feel like there’s more to the story re: eviction, like he had actually been evicted for something else.

This makes me happy as well, though as a commercial real estate attorney, I’m genuinely curious about how the landlord did this...
