I have seriously gone to about 30+ protests in 2017. Protests are basically my social life, and my exercise plan these days. I live in a “red” state, so I also have a whole new circle of “protest friends” I would not have known otherwise.

Confession: I have started reading romance novels (as a former intellectual snob who only read *serious* novels this is hard to admit). Honestly, they are all basically the same structure so they are not too taxing, PLUS I know they will have a happy ending. I need the escapism.

Yes. The split among voters with respect to educational level was particularly noticeable with Tr^mp - white women with graduate degrees did NOT vote for Tr*mp. My personal theory is that this dynamic is one reason the new tax bill targets graduate students - gotta keep the voters uneducated so that they keep voting…

I agree that each allegation, or each alleged perpetrator, should be evaluated based on the allegations in that PARTICULAR case. Having some sort of comparative evaluation standard is ridiculous.
