What I mean is that her underlying point about the lack of (and lack of non-stereotypical) roles for Asians is a good one—the situation is disappointing and should be addressed. Her reaction isn’t a good one, but it doesn’t mean her frustration and the cause of it should be dismissed.

She should continue to address the above the line system. It would have even more credence now that there is more publicity because of this.
